Daily Duties at Clover Leaf Seafood:

Managed the Technical Services Lab of 4 staff members for quality testing and import/export activities. Planned and Directed activities for 3 directors and projects at nine manufacturing sites internationally. Acheived SQF levels 2 and 3 certification for all sites within one year. Assessed and gained authorization to install x-ray devices as part of a major strategic continuous improvement plan to detect and reject foreign material objects in finished product.
