Daily Duties at Beyond, Inc.:
*Consult with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial and credit transactions *Generate checks for payments *Obtain and analyze customer credit data to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit *Prepare lease renewals and calculate allowable rate increase according to NYC Rent Guidelines Board for Section 8 tenants and non-Section 8 tenants *Process credit card payments and daily cash receipts *Research and dispute unauthorized deductions and chargebacks from vendors *Research and resolve vendor payment disputes *Review customer files to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection; send collection letters for past due invoices and mail monthly statements to customers
