Daily Duties at The Novo Group:
I have handled corporate recruiting with a requisition load of up to 45-50 positions and up to Director level searches. My experience includes organizing, execution, and attendance of job fairs. I am proficient in all phases of the recruitment process, including writing and posting job advertisements, sourcing both active and passive candidates, qualification of candidates (created behavioral interview standard for each team, as well as gathered technical subject matter experts to help determine candidate’s technical qualifications), facilitating interviews (including setting up travel), debriefing both candidate and hiring manager, offer negotiations, and on-boarding of new employees. I have done research to help create a new college recruiting initiative, and played a role in the strategic planning and building of several engineering and business development team targeting specific vertical markets (collaborated with VP-level management to scope team and individual roles, budget, and timeline). A good majority of my experience has been developing these new teams, and handling both the strategic and physical logistics of either adding a new team to an existing organization or building up a brand new organization. Positions ranged from high-level Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Engineering, and Six Sigma positions to low-level, high volume sales, operations, and administrative positions.
First full bonus period I was at approximately 200% of quota, second bonus period I was at 307% of quota having brought in more than 6 times my annual salary in revenue in a 6 month time frame by filling high level searches. I have also earned letters of recommendation from two Director level hiring managers, and one manager level hiring manager, and can offer this as references.
A list of my notable clients have includes Arrow Electronics, Inc., AirCell Inc., Quark, Echostar, Inc., and several confidential clients.
