Regional Property Manager Managed 100+ employees. Directed all facets of property management for a wide range of properties with 4,000+ units in the Jacksonville, Orlando, and Gainesville, Florida markets; included new construction lease-ups, luxury communities, rehabs, and condo conversions. Handled inspections, audits, marketing / advertising, performance reviews, budget management, rent and policy changes. • Collaborated with Regional Vice President on obtaining new clients, acquisitions, performing due diligence and takeover activities, and new property setups.
