Daily Duties at Con Am Management:
Supervised 45 people across 4 different regions (Raleigh, North Carolina, Savannah, Georgia, Jacksonville & Orlando, Florida). Managed property inspections, file / policy audits, performance reviews, budget forecasting, and training. Approved payables, reviewed expenses, and generated financial reports for owners. Reviewed marketing materials, identified competitive properties, and oversaw cost-per-lease reports. Evaluated rent and policy changes. • Increased occupancy, reduced expenses, and generated more income for majority of properties within portfolio. • Facilitated a full exterior and interior renovation project through completion. • Improved audit scores and percentages on quarterly property inspections. • Initiated and assisted on-site staff with producing community market books.
