Coordinate with dealers in five states for homes ordered and delivery schedules. Work with customers when wanting to change a floor plan or custom build a house. Set up new dealers where needed in five state area. Made sure dealers maintained correct levels of stocking inventory. Periodically visited all dealers to make sure all homes were maintained and on the dealers property.
