Daily Duties at Grandview Development Group, Llc:
Negotiate land acquisition, development of site layouts with engineering and survey firms to maximize parcel density potential, site entrance and building design. Coordinate meetings with municipal planning departments from project introduction through the permit process. Develop and coordinate developers agreement with municipalities. Negotiate contracts with infastructure subcontractors including the development of cost effective layouts. Coordinate pre-contruction meetings between infastructure subcontractors and municipalities for project scheduling. Negotiate contracts and develop cost breakdowns for indivdual buildings. Complete permit applications including state/local permits, Department of Natural Resources permits and heat loss calculations. Schedule and coordinate building construction throughout the entire building process from excavation to final occupancy. Completion of monthly AIA documents to title companies for construction draws. Development of marketing/sales strategy including brochure and website design, project signage, continuous advertising and staffing. Coordinate product closings between customer, lender and title company.
