Daily Duties at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.:

Represented the office: acted as media relations liaison, working with reporters, consultants and the public. Wrote and edited correspondence, news releases and brochures. Managed all aspects of office operations, including property, space, records and files, printing and graphics, mail, travel, and office equipment. Finance responsibilities included making projections and adherence to $500,000 operating budget. Created detailed budgets, produced and analyzed financial reports. As Department Manager, I acted as Human Resources representative, posting open positions, coordinating recruiting, interviewing potential candidates, processing all pertinent paperwork and training. Cultivated relations with executive management, civic and professional associations, lobbyists and state/federal governmental agencies.
