Daily Duties at Turner Broadcastin System, Inc:

As Executive Assistant I supported our executive team of Senior Vice President, General Manager and 2 Directors, where I coordinated and performed a wide variety of administrative and management services essential to the operations of the office. These duties included management and information systems, telecommunications, budget, finance, procurement, human resources and training. Processed all departmental income and expenditures; worked with accounting to track and reconcile monthly reports. During my tenure, I worked to help streamline our automated expense reporting system and provided technical expertise to other division staff during the conversion. Selected by Human Resources Department to develop and implement a Corporate-wide training program for incoming upper level administrative support staff. Handled other human resources duties: maintained all confidential files, vacations request forms, review and promotion files for the department. Coordinated senior level meetings and presentations: I handled complex domestic and international travel arrangements, establishing comprehensive meeting schedules with corporate counterparts during off site conventions. Processed all expense reports and oversaw the procurement of state of the art technology used to promote our Interactive and Enhanced TV products. Helped to prepare presentations to both outside clients and internal divisions to educate them on our new product development.
