Daily Duties at Axio Design:

I contributed to the team by taking on complex projects, where my organizational skills and attention to detail were highly valued. Responsibilities included completing projects from conceptualization, to preparing the presentation of concepts, choosing appropriate materials and ink, and attending press checks to ensure the highest quality output. In addition, the responsibility of art directing junior designers was given to me. The client came first in this environment. While listening to the client’s needs, I thought beyond what was asked, to provide the best solution. At this fast paced firm, multi-tasking and self monitoring was a must. I worked independently but knew when to ask appropriate questions. I followed complex graphic standards, took direction well, thoroughly and accurately delivered creative solutions all while meeting project goals and schedules. • Multiple page print layout, complex web designs, environmental graphics and packaging design • Experience with various printing techniques such as spot varnish, foil, emboss, and die cutting, with specialty papers • Broad range of clients include the United States Olympic Committee, Atmel Corporation, the National Junior College Athletic Association, Braxton Technologies, and Peoples National Bank
