Daily Duties at Memorex Telex:

 Pre- and post-sales support, customer satisfaction, account control, and system problem resolution.  Planning, coordination, and accomplishment of all aspects of technical presentations, demonstrations, and configurations for trials and post-sales installation of equipment.  Installation of Fiber Optic system from Proteon and Connected Controllers in a Token Ring and Crosscom and other various 3270 channel and remote connected equipment.  Supporting the sales effort of five sales representatives and covering a core territory of Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia with occasional trips to Ohio.  Designing, ordering, and implementing solutions for clients that best fit their business needs while representing MTC’s products in the best light of value-added performance.
