Daily Duties at Mc Data Corporation:

 Customer presentations, seminars, technical assistance, system configuration, and graphical representation of concepts.  All technical interfaces between the customer and McData  Installation of Demo hardware to include Token Ring and Ethernet Controllers, Channel Extension hardware over T-1 circuits  Installation of new engineering code and patch management of early adopter customer devices  Consulting on host software for DECNet and TCP/IP for MVS mainframes.  McData manufacturers and markets fiber optic and T-1 Channel Extenders, local channel and remote communication cluster controllers, network concentrators and a server/gateway product that interconnects TCP/IP nodes to an IBM mainframe.  Installation of equipment and first-level problem support in getting dumps, line traces, and network traces on Token Ring or Ethernet.
