Daily Duties at Banyan System:
Pre-sales technical presentations and customer demonstrations. Work with major customers on tuning and installation of new products and OS’s in production environments. Assistance to account manager in sales calls, questions, and answers. Supporting channel partners and staff to include training, installation of demo servers, and all versions of available software keys Post-sales engineering work when requested by reseller staff or directed by corporate. Supporting large customer installations including Penn State University College of Engineering, Harrisburg Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and County of Allegheny.
