Daily Duties at Mosaic Printed Circuits:
Direct all activity of a three shift design, fabrictaion, and manufacturing facility. Plan staff, materials, negotiate sales, and assests for the facility. Implement use and train staff on new IT syetem. Implement and train facility on Lean manufacturing. Introduced Bar coding for standards and WIP tracking(metrics) in order to pursue process improvements.
