Engineers for lot lines and building envelope Wet and dry utilities Concrete forms, underground plumb, set rebar, slab Grade lot Start framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical Felt and batt roof and load roof Stock sheet rock Start lath Set electrical meters Paint fascia and hang gutters Fencing, back line and side lines Inspections: ground plumb and footing, electrical panels, slab, shear, insulation\frame, rock nail Plot plan review and engineering fix for structural frame or foundation Weekly subcontractor meetings Purchase orders Lot options sent to plumbers, electricians, and framer Preconstruction buyer orientation Framing/Pre-drywall orientation

I have been in the construction industry for over 14 years. Five years as a carpenter leading to juonymen level, six years as a roofing superintendentand. Returned to school and received a AS in construction and went on to Chico State where I received my Bachelors in construction management. First job out of college was for a large const. company as senior project engineer. Have experiance in the field and the management side.
