•Desk-side Support - Supported 1000+ users in a Windows 2000 / Novell environment. Documented and communicated any procedures that would improve troubleshooting techniques. •Hardware Support - Maintained 8000 pieces of equipment including Dell desktops, IBM laptops, and HP and Lexmark printers. •Deployment Support - Tested, improved, and applied all deployment procedures for all new users. •Migration Project - Converted and supported equipment from Token Ring to Ethernet. Converted and supported operating system from NT 4.0 to Windows 2000.
