Daily Duties at Ge It Solutions :
•Tablet Support - Organized tablet deployment project. Maintained all NEC, HP and Motion Computing tablets. Created and updated all tablet PC's Images. Trained all new tablet clients with basic tablet usage. •Off-site Support - Responsible for all off- site quarterly conference cyber cafe. Setup and maintained cyber cafe equipment. Maintained link (VPN or T1 line) between cyber cafe and headquarters. Helped all clients with all email or connectivity issues. •Desk-side Support - Supported 150+ users of a 3000 total client base in a Windows 2000 environment. Personally maintained, configured and ordered all hardware and software for client base. •Migration Project - Lead, documented and improved conversion from Windows 2000 and MS Office XP to Windows XP and Ms Office 2003.
