Daily Duties at Compu Com Solutions :
•Hardware Support - Supported, maintained and repaired 15000+ pieces of equipment including IBM desktops, IBM laptops, and HP printers. -Managed hardware ordering system. -Completely documented and improved the hardware procedures, including analyzing, ordering, receiving, and deploying equipment. •Helpdesk Support - Responsible for all off-site customers including helpdesk support and hardware replacements •Data Support – Analyzed and restored client’s data due to corruption or lost of information using Norton Ghost, Network Backups, On-Track Recovery Software, and off-site third parties.
