Oversaw all resource planning, budgeting and operational initiatives for the client organizations of Magnet Communications Inc, a leading provider of web-based business banking solutions for financial institutions  Established and managed a technical and sales team with nine members.  Instituted a number of employee development initiatives that resulted in a 100% staff retention rate.  Designed, built and managed an ASP data center for high-level banking clients and hosted nine production bank sites.  Received numerous written commendations from clients for demonstrated excellent work ethic, knowledge and willingness to sacrifice to achieve success.  Built, configured and maintained eight separate firewalls, and ran multiple Cisco routers to remote disaster recovery site.  Promoted from an IT Engineer to IT Manager
