Daily Duties at Jackson Hospital & Clinic:

Installed, maintained and supported a 700 plus node Novell/Microsoft network. Provided maintenance and support of various operating system platforms including Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, 2003, and XP. Monitored network operation and 70 servers. Developed standards for PCs and the network. Maintained 6500, 4500, and 2900 series Cisco router/switches, PIX firewalls, and VPN concentrators. Responsible for all technology research and acquisition including vendor management, billing, records of repair, software licenses, and inventory. Maintained and repaired peripheral devices including but not limited to: Laser, inkjet, thermal, and dot matrix printers; bar blasters, bar coders, and scanners. Experience with the General Electric Secure Perfect Access Control system and camera monitoring software used by the Security Department. Experience with MS Office Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
