Daily Duties at Protech Solutions:

Contract work in respective field.for Rheem Manufacturing Inc. in Montgomery AL Solving trouble tickets through HEAT calls. In charge of all leased IT equipment. Coordinating with leasing company and end-user to make sure transition is as efficient and painless as possible. Imaging new machines to Rheem standards and palletizing old equipment and shipping back to leasing company. Assisting with current companywide migration of nodes to new OneRheem domain.
