Implemented and coordinated Statistical Process Control on a plant-wide basis. Developed and implemented statistical methods to improve machine performance and process capability. Conducted multiple types of statistical studies, including; Gage R&R Studies, CPK Studies, PPM Studies, Pareto Analysis, Cause & Effect Analysis, and Design of Experiments. Developed Quality Metrics used to monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions for customer complaints, product and process changes, and the Quality Management System.
