Managed $4.2M annual analytics budget covering hardware, software, and services support. Drove new analytic enhancements and functionality improvements by performing business requirements analysis, and interfacting with stakeholders. Improved reporting value proposition by developing strategic KPI’s, and development of a senior management reports, and communications cadence. Saved $400K in annual costs by reducing resources required to support function by 50%.

Investigating Web Content Management System available as open source..
Currently looking at 2 open source content management packages - Joomla and DotNetNuke.First observation:
DotNetNuke - more powerful, extend-able, more complex to learn
Jommla - easy to use, a lot of third party modules, plenty of template and internet support.
Will be playing with them over the next few weeks to build my own site IT Consulting LLC.
