Daily Duties at Smarthinking, Inc.:
Led a technology team in developing an innovative white board application to facilitate real-time interaction between students and tutors. • Worked with clients to integrate user registration with their systems to achieve seamless offering to students with client’s own branding. • Designed and managed implementation of corporate data warehouse and reporting system which enabled faster and easier data retrieval for business analysis and client reports. • Developed strategic plan for stabilizing and scaling company’s application platform to support projected company growth and broaden ability to support clients. Project plan included virtualization of production and development environments, increased fail-over capability, server software upgrades and requisite QA.
