Supervised 50 employees in all aspects of their work. Specific responsibilities included: Hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, motivation, and discipline. Provided cost controls on food cost, labor, maintenance and inventory levels. Mentored all employees and assisted with promotions of applicable candidates. Training store for all new management hired by the company.
