Supervised 60 employees in all aspects of their work. Specific responsibilities included: Hiring, training, scheduling, motivation and discipline. Maintain cost controls; Food cost, labor costs, maintainance costs and inventory maintainance. Mentor and promote employee skills and management desires. Report all progress to District Representative.
