Direct the food service operation for a up-scale Retirement and assisted living community. A maximun of 162 resident three meals a day 365 days a year plus snacks. Supervising all cooks, kitchen and dietary staffs estimate of 28, plus teaching, conducting inservices,proper food handling, preperation, presantation, food tempertures, table setting, menu planning, budgeting, food cost, employee hours scheduling, keep a clean and sanitized environment, purchase and receiving, department head meeting resident and venders meeting etc.
