Daily Duties at Healthsystems:
Managing a computing technical support team and medical records call center department. The computing technical support team provides online resolution of hardware and software problems in a large, multiple vendors, multiple technology environment (includes mainframe, personal computers, wireless hardware, printers, local area network and wide area network). The medical records call center receives all inquiries from both internal and external customers for the entire HealthSystems Minnesota clinic and hospital network. The combined activities of the department receive an average of 16,000 calls per month. The computing technical support team operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
