Managed a technical support team within the that provided online resolution of hardware and software problems in a large, multiple vendor, multiple technology environment (includes mainframe, personal computers, printers, local area network and wide area network) to internal customers. Assist in call problem resolution during peak volume periods. Manage daily operations of the call center.
