Daily Duties at State Street Corporation:

Managed and oversaw three Income teams (26 staff members) responsible for ensuring that all Depository and Physical Income proceeds were received and posted to various accounting platforms for State Street clients. Assisted in the resolution of complex issues and out of balance conditions. Achieved budgeted goals each year and played a major role in increasing the departments' productivity/efficiency levels. Consistently led teams and worked with other internal teams to successfully take on new business, while minimizing new staff members. Monitored all customer service issues and worked with the team when necessary to prevent a similar situation. Attended several meetings on a daily basis and proficiently communicated matters to staff members, senior management and/or other internal business units. Serve as the point person to work with all Auditors and the Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery team.
