 Directed all day to day activities IT support functions including; computer department, budget administration and procurement; managed vendor and supplier relations and supported multiple servers and network resources.  Microsoft technology supported was Microsoft Small Business Server, Windows Server 2003, Remote Desktop and Active Directory.  Other technology supported was Symantec Backup Exec, Cisco Firewall, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Symantec Antivirus, and Quickbooks Key Accomplishments  Integral in driving cost reduction initiatives resulting in a reduction in departmental spending by 20% and decreasing communication costs by 30%.  Stabilized unreliable environment by introducing robust functionalities to support sites.
