 Created Real World Consulting to deliver IT consulting services to support the total technology needs of small businesses.  Cultivate valuable business relationships with various small business clients; assess current business models and implement action plans to support needs through the integration of new and updated technologies and processes that provide measurable outcomes.  Negotiate long-term support and maintenance contracts; set terms and deliverables and gained reputation for providing outstanding customer service.  Technology supported is Cisco Firewalls, Microsoft Small Business Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Blackberry Enterprise Server and Symantec Backup Exec Key Accomplishments  Managed complete technology integration for start-up mortgage brokerage business; set up all IT office functions including; server administration, networking, email, firewall and routers. Provided comprehensive software training to 7 staff members and remote support as needed.  Secured lucrative business partnerships with multiple vendors to ensure that customers received access to the newest technologies at the best prices.
