Created market-based patent process and ongoing portfolio management. •Category plan achieving $12 million growth from $25 million dollar base business. •Design & implementation of six platforms with 350 new components in record time. •Team development with both technical and commercial personnel promoted. •Creative thought leader and inventor for numerous market-valued and patented features. •Doubled patents issued at same legal cost with more defendable innovations. •Led $10 million relocation of Mexico & Japan based production to Illinois and China. •Insightful shop floor troubleshooting resulting in 40% production output increases.
