Administered the design and delivery of comprehensive services to adults with developmental disabilities to assure quality, effectiveness and compliance with federal, state and local regulations; worked with the Board of Directors and served as an ex-officio member of all Board Committees; developed fundraising strategies; prudently managed the organization's resources within budget guidelines; recruited, trained and maintained a cadre of volunteers; actively advocated for the organization, its mission and its programmatic efforts; assured that the organization was consistently presented in a strong, positive way to stakeholders and the community at large; selected, supervised and evaluated staf.
