Daily Duties at Citigroup:

Plans and implements project management strategies to ensure the successful and timely execution of the projects. Manages the successful completion of projects by local and external staff , and remains fully accountable for project results. Frequent interaction with senior management, both from CRS and the Business. Supports the overall coordination and implementation of standardized project management processes to include: overall project plan objectives, site evaluations, feasibility studies, Permit surveys, Risk assessment, master project schedule and financials ( Monthly reconciliation ), including project budget control, Self audit check list, and works with the other staff to ensure satisfactory delivery of the project.
