In a up-scale fine dining Restaurant in Leesburg Va. I was given full responsiblities by the Owner Mr. Fabian Saidie, over the kitchen, cooks and dining staffs and food operation, supervising all. Special functions, menu planning, food preperation,Presantation, proper food temperture, proper sanitation, proper cleaning, budgeting, purchase and receiving, inservices,scheduling employee, staff meetings, maintaining a very good health and food safety inspections etc.
