Systems Administrator May 2000 – Oct 2006 Troubleshot network issues including router, firewall, switch, replacement, configuration and installation and installed 802.11 wireless networks. Maintained internet and intranet web pages and developed websites for various departments. Completed ad hoc projects including the following: Managed $1.5M enterprise-wide software replacement. Researched and evaluated software vendors, presented vendor options to software committee, coordinated vendor presentations, created budget plan, presented to City Council for approval and installed and implemented software. As Server Group Lead operated 3.5TB iSCSI SAN, 30+ Windows Active Directory, Exchange 2003, SQL 2005 clusters and point of sale applications on network. Acted as manager and architect for Active Directory/Exchange installation. Planned and coordinated installation of Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2003 for 250+ users. Awarded Park City Municipal Corporation Employee of the Year award in 2001.
