Responsible for the successful strategic management and operation of domestic and international business for sales, medical, training, incentive and product launch meetings for Fortune 500 Clients.  Headed the operational team activities for a group of major accounts  Instrumental in contracts, pricing and letters of agreement for clients  Negotiations with suppliers and budget management  Extensive account management functions for clients  Developed communications and promotional materials  Ensured Profitability  Staffed in-house and on-site management  Extensive domestic and international travel Senior Project Manager / Meeting Manager Responsible for the day-to-day tactical management and operation of meeting management logistics based on project scope.  Responsible for management and execution of all meeting details based on project scope  Worked closely with clients and internal customers to meet service and budget requirements  Acted as liaison with hotel, destination management, themed entertainment, audio visual and production firms and other supplier partners.
