Daily Duties at Sound Of Tri State:
Manage and direct staff and provide operational oversight for the #1 leader in tri-state area of PA, NJ, and DE for sales of car audio equipment and products. Apply all corporate policies and procedures and ensure highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Consult with corporate heads and contribute to development of sales and company growth strategies. Maintain accurate invoicing and management inventory and pre-ship functions. Communicate frequently with insurance providers and process customer claims. Generate daily sales and shipping reports to track and analyze sales data.
