Daily Duties at Nova Dry Kiln (Formerly Koetter Dry Kiln):
Lead sales and project management efforts to maintain industry leadership and profitability. Help to oversee fabrication and production of dry kilns and other company products. Specialize in the promotion, sales and complete project management of dry kiln turnkey solutions involving: site selection, setup, site preparations, installation and overall project management. Work involves extensive travel to over nine countries and 48 states---responsible for creating project estimates, bidding, negotiation, advising clients, training clients in equipment operation and application and overall coordination of the project. Oversee loading and timely delivery of containers or trucks. Have consistently averaged over $1 million dollars in new sales annually. Manage 10 to 15 projects annually and set up and attend 5 to 6 sales seminars per year.
