Oversaw the formulation, management, and maintenance of Interior's $650+ million IT portfolio.  Led Interior bureaus to improve IT security policy and procedure implementation. Achieved 100% Certification and Accreditation for all IT systems.  Transformed Capital Planning and Investment Control to align with business priorities and federal Enterprise Architecture. OMB awarded DOI 4.06 out of a possible 5.0 score on the OMB EA maturity framework, improving DOI’s Presidential Management Agenda Score (from yellow to green) and created growing confidence in DOI’s capital planning and investment practices. DOI’s IT portfolio was funded at 45% in 2004 and at 90% in 2005.
