Daily Duties at Department Of The Interior Human Capital Program:

 Program Management for Human Capital Systems - Managed project managers of multiple projects (HSPD-12, eQIP, eTraining, eOPF, and FHCS) to include budget, contract management, security and risk management, records management and executive sponsorship. Briefed oversight agencies (OMB, OPM, NIST, GAO)  Strategic Human Capital Planning - Worked with Chief Human Capital Officer to develop the Department of the Interior Strategic Human Capital Management Plan outlining organizational goals for next 5 years.  HRLOB - Led strategic planning and design for Human Resources Line of Business (HRLOB) throughout the Department of the Interior in partnership with the DOI National Business Center, an HRLOB Shared Service Provider for payroll and personnel for 380,000 federal employees at 45 agencies.
