• Support Specialist between sales management, programming staff, and end users. • Interpreted customer requests for software customization and relayed information to programming staff. • Analyzed data on product modification requests, enabling programming staff to create new features to meet market demand. • Developed and wrote Technical Response Manual which allowed support and sales staff to offer fast and accurate answers to customer inquiries. • Developed telecommunications methodology which gave H&W the ability to demonstrate product software electronically in IBM 4381environment for prospective clients, thereby eliminating costly on-site visits. • Engaged Client for product demonstrations and troubleshooting via telephone and virtual communications • Developed concepts for future product design.
