Daily Duties at Ibm:

Led the tactical Alliance relationship with SBC/Ameritech and led the effort to integrate them as a strategic supplier of voice services to both IBM internal locations and external outsourcing customers. Marketed jointly developed data/voice desktop outsourcing solution to large customers. Acted as liaison for diversity programs with SBC and coordinated Quality and Customer Satisfaction programs for SBC. * Led negotiations to create bi-directional Subcontracting Agreement with SBC. * Managed the successful integration of SBC as a subcontractor on three IBM outsourcing engagements, generating an average of $7M revenue annually. * Recruited new diverse partners and increased the diversity content of IBM solutions sold to SBC to $40M. * Coordinated the Quality and Customer Satisfaction processes and procedures with SBC. * Renegotiated an outsourcing agreement to reduce scope and lower the price to meet customer requirements, which resulted in a $500,000 yearly savings. * Promoted the use of SBC as a provider of Cisco equipment to IBM as part of a Systems Integration networking solution, resulting in a $500,000 savings to IBM and $5M contract for IBM. * Managed development of $15M jointly developed solution with SBC to provide cabling and networking solution for an Illinois Community College to network all campus buildings
