Managed 35-40 lease partner relationships in furniture, home textiles, lighting, gift, and accessories businesses in $85 million flag ship store and three branches. • Vetted new prospects by analyzing product mix, brand recognition, aesthetic/value fit, financial strength, and track record resulting in six new partner relationships with revenues of approximately $3.8 million per year. • Analyzed lease partner performance with emphasis on getting behind the numbers to determine and address sales trends, maximizing dollars per square foot sales of leased business by a 10% higher profitability vs. owned business. • Inspired bottom-line sales results with 75 shop managers and sales associates with emphasis on customer service and product knowledge. • Coordinated shop moves, build out of new spaces, signage, and product display with visual team to integrate lease partners’ and ABC’s distinct brand. • Managed cooperative advertising program, creating co-branded ads and developing marketing projects to drive increased sales. • Developed and implemented training programs for ABC and lease partner associates to increase product knowledge. • Negotiated and enforced contractual obligations including license fees, ad spending, insurance requirements and other terms.
