Managed 200+ associates in multiple regional business centers in Northeastern/Midwest regions of the country. Each Regional Business Center was comprised of separate sales, credit, funding and collections teams, each with responsibility for generating new business volume and P&L management. Implemented strategies and solutions aimed at improving the company’s overall financial position resulting in account growth from $719 million to $1.5 billion annually and divisional net income growth from $10.6 million to $41 million annually over a five year period. Spearheaded the opening of regional offices in Albany, NY and Minneapolis, MN that generated profits greater than $1 million each in the first two years of operation. Designed and executed communication program aimed at increasing associates understanding of and connection to organizational goals. Program fostered increased loyalty and employee engagement resulting in direct financial benefits related to increased productivity. Initiated and designed an innovative associate development and succession management program which contributed to the top retention records within the corporation. Program allowed associates the opportunity for career mapping, goal setting, mock interviews, and ongoing feedback sessions. Program produced nine internal promotions in first two years.
