Manager of major account sales for Cymer’s photolithography DUV excimer laser capital equipment with an installed base size of $75M. Responsible for sales, service, marketing and new business development activities at Integrated Device Manufacturers in the Western and Pacific Northwest regions. Key customer base included Micron, AMD, TI,IBM, LSI, IDT, Cypress, Maxim, Hynix, Motorola, WaferTech, MicroChip, and ST. Responsible for positioning next generation product technologies which accounted for manufacturing technology designs wins at the 248nm, 193nm, and 130nm manufacturing nodes. Developed in-depth customer account management profiles along with sales and marketing strategies that accounted for market share wins, which resulted in 100% Cymer installed base technology. Developed and sold detailed service contracts and first in company to launch CymerOnLine e-diagnostics software platform for supporting end user installed base. Accurately forecast quarterly and yearly business to within 95% to 100% accuracy. Personally cultivated and maintained key customer decision maker relationships at the President, Vice President, and Sr. Management levels.
