Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:

-Product Services Manager for the Storage (NAS), Networks (PNB), Handheld (HH) and Commercial Displays product segment. Responsible for the full service life-cycle management process for all assigned hardware and software products, associated tools and services. Partnered with the World Wide Product Manager & extended readiness team to define the optimum support plan for each product; drove and ensured support readiness in the Americas Service Delivery organizations and regional supply chain. -Responsible for leading the Americas support readiness team to ensure end-to-end project activities were completed by first customer ship date. -Virtually managed an extended readiness team (6-10 indiv.) that focused on specific readiness activities for the Americas region (U.S., Canada and Latin America). -Assumed a leadership role in any initiative related to new product introductions and sustaining activities for the Network Attached Storage, ProCurve Networking, HandHeld and Display products.. -Drove process improvements to make the readiness team more effective and efficient. -Collaborated directly with the product division to address customer satisfaction issues and take appropriate action to resolve (i.e. Voice Recognition system issues, product quality, customer support experience). -Partnered with internal support readiness groups/sections (i.e., Supply Chain, Training, Onsite and Remote support leads) to address any and all sustaining activities that may arise after product had shipped.
