-As a Business Process Analyst, provided overall leadership and strategic/tactical direction for assigned programs using business knowledge and technical skills. Lead continual process improvement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction by 10% annually and ensured all activities were conducted within established policies.. -Evaluated and made specific recommendations for call tracking applications. -Performed beta testing, usability testing and regression testing on call tracking applications utilized by enterprise call center. -Ensured new tools and tracking applications were effectively integrated into the call center infrastructure.
