-Responsible for providing professional, accurate and effective technical assistance to internal and external customers of HP/Colorado Memory Systems tape backup products and accessories. -Assisted customers in the installation, configuration and operation of the tape backup product. -Navigated customers through the software application and explained how to optimize performance. -Troubleshot hardware and software issues and managed escalations through defined processes.
